Jurgen Klopp’s new mural unveiled near Trent Alexander-Arnold’s in Liverpool—yet fans have one key complaint! 🎨⚽

The unveiling of a mural honoring Jurgen Klopp in Liverpool has angered some supporters.

The Reds manager announced in January that, following a successful nine years in charge, he will leave the team at the end of the current campaign.

In his most recent piece of art, Klopp is seen smiling.

The number of games he still has in control as the season comes to an end is getting smaller by the day.

However, a new mural that features Klopp was unveiled, so even if he leaves Liverpool, people will still remember him.

Klopp has worked with Erdinger for nearly four years
It features the logo of the brewery and a glass of Erdinger, a German beer, and is situated on the side of a building on Slater Street.

Nevertheless, it didn’t seem like a good update to fans on social media; one on X commented, “It’s so annoying that these are all adverts now.”

He went on, “Whatever real mural culture there was is getting completely absorbed by the brands.”

“Yeah,” a third person said. Honestly, this is garbage. Why a brand needs to be involved is unclear.

A fourth said, “Not a fan, just looks like a big advert,” referring to the piece of art created by local creator John Culshaw.

As an ambassador for Erdinger since 2019, Klopp—who once had a mural near Anfield—screamed, “Never skim an Erdinger!” in a television commercial.

Erdinger and Klopp have collaborated for over four years.

With Klopp going for a triple in his last weeks with the team, Erdinger might be getting ready to try something similar at the end of the season.
