The Los Angeles Dodgers beat the New York Mets, 10-5, on Sunday night to clinch the National League Championship Series and a spot in the 2024 World Series.
While the team is enjoying their celebration in the clubhouse and on the field, Shohei Ohtani’s celebration didn’t last too long.
Ohtani joined the FOX crew less than an hour after the final out was recorded, and was asked how long he was going to celebrate before shifting gears to focus on the World Series.

“Just finished celebrating as of now,” Ohtani said via interpreter, Will Ireton. “Ready to switch gears and focus on the next series.”
While Ohtani had a lot of fun celebrating in the clubhouse after the game, he’s already shifting his focus to the biggest goal — a World Series championship.
