The Kansas City Chiefs tight end turned 35 on Oct. 5, the same day he hosted his Kelce Car Jam in Kansas City
Travis Kelce is getting some birthday love from a very special woman in his life — his mom!
On Saturday, Oct. 5, the Kansas City Chiefs tight end celebrated turning 35 at his annual Kelce Car Jam event in Kansas City, Mo., where he was spotted getting a hug from mom Donna Kelce.
The sweet moment took place after Travis stepped off stage after speaking to the crowd at the event, which benefits his Eighty-Seven & Running Foundation.
After he briefly gave a peace sign to those in attendance, Donna, 71, reached her arms up to hug her son, and Travis leaned in to embrace her.
The athlete wore a gray and white shirt, black baseball cap and sunglasses for his event — which featured Raising Cane’s among the food and drink options for guests, as well as vintage cars on display. His mom, meanwhile, opted for a deep pink T-shirt featuring flower designs.
While speaking on stage, Travis revealed what would make him happy as part of his birthday celebrations — a win during the Chiefs’ game against the New Orleans Saints at Arrowhead Stadium on Monday, Oct. 7
“How about we go get a win on Monday night? How about that? You guys up for that?” he said to the crowd, who loudly cheered their support.
Travis also exclusively told PEOPLE the birthday gift he’d like this year. “Another Super Bowl, if you’ve got one!” he teased.
Alongside his mom and the crowds of fans — who presented him with birthday cards and serenaded him with renditions of “Happy Birthday” — Travis had plenty of other family and friends present for his special day.
His dad Ed Kelce, brother Jason Kelce and sister-in-law Kylie Kelce, Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes and his wife, Brittany Mahomes — who is currently pregnant with their third baby — were all in attendance at Kelce Car Jam.
Taylor Swift was not present for the event. She is preparing for the upcoming final shows in her record-breaking Eras Tour, which will resume on Oct. 18 in Miami, Fla.
Swift, 34, has supported Travis at multiple Kansas City Chiefs games since the pair first sparked dating rumors in September 2023, most recently on Sept. 15, when the Chiefs played the Cincinnati Bengals at Arrowhead Stadium.
