Can The Bengals Stop Lamar Jackson And The Ravens High Flying Offense

The Week 5 matchup between the Baltimore Ravens and Cincinnati Bengals is shaping up to be a must-watch game. Both teams have high-powered offenses led by star quarterbacks, Lamar Jackson for the Ravens and Joe Burrow for the Bengals.

The Ravens, currently 2-2, are riding a two-game winning streak and boast the league’s best offense, averaging 6.8 yards per play. They’ve also had the Bengals’ number in recent history, winning three of their last four meetings.

The Bengals, on the other hand, are struggling at 1-3. They desperately need a win to keep their playoff hopes alive after finally securing their first victory of the season against the Carolina Panthers.

The game kicks off at 1:00 PM ET on October 6th at Paycor Stadium in Cincinnati.

Fans should expect a high-scoring affair, with oddsmakers setting the over/under at 49.5 points. The Ravens are slight favorites, giving 2.5 points to the Bengals.

Key matchups to watch include Jackson and running back Derrick Henry against the Bengals’ defense, and Burrow and wide receiver Ja’Marr Chase against the Ravens’ secondary.

Injuries could also play a factor in the game. Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow is dealing with a wrist injury, while several key players on both sides of the ball are listed as questionable.

This game has all the makings of a classic AFC North battle, with both teams fighting for divisional supremacy and a chance to make a statement early in the season.
