LeBron James has been garnering a lot of attention from the NBA community for his recent social media activity. Given that James has been one of the faces of the league over the last 15 years, he has many endorsement and sponsorship deals lined up. His most recent endorsement deal is with Hennessy, a French producer of cognac.
Hennessy commercials starring James during the regular season are certain to follow, as special Hennessy bottles have now gone on sale. He promoted his latest campaign with Hennessy on his official Instagram account. In a video, James changes the visual from selfie mode to the rear-facing camera to show a large image of himself plastered on a farmhouse.
On the other hand, James is eager to play with his son, Bronny James, together for the Lakers. This also makes them the first-ever father-son duo in the NBA, creating a unique history in the league. Additionally, in a recent episode of the Lowe Podcast with Zach Lowe, JJ Redick justified his lack of coaching expertise as well as the highly anticipated father-son debut of LeBron and Bronny. He said that he did not take any shortcuts to land his first head coach job and that he is unsure as to when fans can expect to see the father-son pair on the court this season.

We approached this campaign with the intention of creating something entertaining, but also culturally relevant. We wanted the video to reflect the sophistication and premium quality of our brand, but without taking ourselves too seriously.

Furthermore, James is not the only player to invest in this brand. Others who have invested in Lobos 1707 include NBA stars Draymond Green, Fred VanVleet, and Zach LaVine, as well as Hollywood actor Arnold Schwarzenegger.
LeBron James has been highly vocal about promoting the brands he deems appropriate and continues to do so. Hence, it remains to be seen which brand The King will promote next.
