The Dallas Cowboys are going into their week four matchup against the New York Giants needing a win in the worst way. After starting the season on a strong note against the Cleveland Browns, they’ve dropped back to back games against the New Orleans Saints and Baltimore Ravens.
Dak Prescott, who received the largest contract in NFL history just hours before the season began, has not taken these losses very well. Dallas has won 12 regular season games, three years in a row. Starting this year off 1-2 isn’t what the team expected, and Prescott is taking a different approach before their divisional matchup this week.

Prescott shutting down his availability for reporters speaks volumes about where his head is at. He knows Thursday Night Football will be a must win. Starting the season off 1-3 would significantly hurt their chances of winning the NFC East.
