Tate McRae, 21, goes N.A.K.E.D in racy ‘It’s ok, I’m ok’ music video – but some disappointed fans slam it as ‘p.o.r.n’..

Tate McRae is pushing the boundaries of taste in her new music video which appears to show her going completely naked, triggering a strong reaction from fans.

The MTV Video Music Award nominee, who stunned on the red carpet at Monday’s awards show, bares all in her latest release ‘it’s ok I’m ok.’

The video shows McRae, 21, – who is dating Kid Laroi – appearing to be completely nude as she is arrested by two police men In New York City.

While many fans praised the intricate choreography and the song itself, others were left feeling ‘uncomfortable’ by the amount of skin on display from the singer – who has a young fan base.

‘Is anyone else uncomfortable with the amount of nakedness that people feel the need to showcase these days?’ one fan wrote under the official YouTube video, and a comment that read: ‘It’s videos like this that ruin the song for me.’

‘Sad women need to sexualize themselves so much to sing a song,’ another said, while another added that the music video was ‘pretty much a porn.’

‘Why naked?’ someone else simply asked, and a follow up comment said: ‘It shows that she has no talent because she is trying to sell her body.’

However, many fans were delighted with the song and visuals.

‘They need to give this girl her 10s. She is the only pop girlie giving us choreography, vocals, the dramatics, she really is the whole package. The range she has is undeniable,’ an enthused fan gushed.

‘That choreography looks so difficult! She hits it like it’s easy,’ another fan added.

One more said: ‘She sings, dances, writes her own songs, plays the piano and she PERFORMS. I saw her in concert this year and it was the best experience.’

Since it’s release early Friday morning, the video has been watched more than 1.1 million times and was trending at number 4 for music videos on YouTube.

In her Instagram Stories, Tate shared a clip of the music video being shown on a big screen in Times Square.

‘YouTube Thank you!’ she wrote across the snippet.

‘it’s ok I’m ok,’ is the latest single to be released ahead of the next leg of McRae’s Think Later World Tour 2024, which kicks off September 28 in Newark, NJ, before heading to Japan, Thailand, Singapore and Australia.
