LeBron James’ son Bryce James confident in 1v1 win over dad; admired his NBA journey..

Bryce James, the youngest son of NBA legend LeBron James, brimmed with confidence when asked to discuss a potential one-on-one against his talented father.

One of the most famous names in the Class of 2025, Bryce, is featured in a short video doing the rounds on social media. Bryce used just one word to answer who would win in a one-on-one game between him and his father: “Me.”

Prior to this question, Bryce spoke volumes of his father’s incredible rise to fame and how he continues to get support from one of the greatest in the game.

“You know, he always tells me just go out there and have fun,” Bryce said about his father. “Stay aggressive, you know your shots will come to you, even if they’re not falling. Just keep shooting and you’re gonna make it.

“Just knowing, seeing how far he’s come from, seeing that he’s came from a little city. It’s just, the grow up, the build up of where he’s come from is great.”

Will Bryce James join his father in the NBA?

The talented shooting guard is a three-star prospect, ranked 27th in the state of California per 247Sports. Bryce has received offers from the Duquesne Dukes and the Ohio State Buckeyes and is yet to make any official visits to colleges.

In his senior year at Sierra Canyon High School, Bryce will look to produce a strong season to draw interest from more colleges. While his father was drafted by the Cleveland Cavaliers straight out of high school in 2003, Bryce will need to develop his skills further in college basketball.

Over the last few years, James has expressed his desire to play with his sons in the NBA. One part of that wish will come true after his first son and Bryce’s elder brother, Bronny was picked up by the Los Angeles Lakers in the second round of this year’s NBA draft.

The father-son duo will script history in the upcoming season as the first duo to play for the same team in the NBA.

James hopes Bryce can follow his elder brother to the NBA to fulfill his wish. The earliest that can happen is in 2026, when Bryce would be draft-eligible. Whether that will become a reality, only time will tell.
