After a concerning injury report on Wednesday, it was positivity on Thursday
On Wednesday, Ravens fans concern levels went from panic to despair when the injury report released and left tackle Ronnie Stanley, safety Kyle Hamilton, outside linebacker Kyle Van Noy and cornerback Nate Wiggins were all sidelined with injury. But that dread can be subsided as all of them returned on Thursday.
From a starter standpoint, the injury report is all good news. Head Coach John Harbaugh announced on Wednesday Stanley will play. Van Noy is expected to play, seeing as he did so against the Raiders 10 days after the orbital bone fracture he sustained in Week 1. Hamilton is trending upward, too, along with Wiggins.
It’s not all free-and-clear as outside linebacker David Ojabo cropped up on Thursday with a quad injury, which limited his participation. Wiggins was wearing a red no-contact jersey and kick returner Deonte Harty has been limited through two days with a calf injury.
Three weeks in, the Ravens’ health remains in good fortune. Most starters are fully healthy or working back toward it, which is about as much as you could ask when given the nature of other teams across the NFL.
