Jason Kelce denied being drunk during Monday Night Football as he made his Philadelphia Eagles return as an analyst.
Before the Eagles’ 21-22 loss to the Atlanta Falcons, the former center was dancing and chucking beers into the crowd.
On the latest episode of the New Heights Podcast, Jason’s younger brother Travis Kelce questioned his sobriety on the job at ESPN.
‘I could tell, by the way, [when] you were talking in the third quarter in the booth that you had been on an up-and-down roller coaster of being in and out of being drunk since about noon,’ Travis said.
Jason immediately cut his younger brother off, saying he had ‘zero beers’ before laughing off throwing cans at fans during the pregame festivities.

He added that despite tossing about 100 beers, he did not consume one. However, Jason acknowledged the difficulty of fighting temptation.
‘Do you know how hard that was?’ he asked, adding, ‘I’m a professional, Travis. I don’t mess around.’
Travis went on to roast his older brother over throwing ‘full beers’ – citing how it was dangerous and ‘might as well be assault’.
However, Jason said he made eye contact with fans to make sure they knew the cans were coming their way. He also used koozies to add cushion.
The Kansas City Chiefs tight end laughed and called Jason a ‘f****** idiot’ before bringing up his brother’s viral dance moves.
‘It was my best running man,’ Jason admitted as Travis broke into laughter.
‘What happened is we were supposed to be on that stage to start countdown, and I walked over too soon,’ Jason explained.
‘I had to kill 30 minutes before the show started, and I’m just up there with these DJs, just standing there. I’m like, ‘I gotta do something.”
‘Do you know how devastating it is to open X and just see a bunch of people quoting tweets of you dancing and putting clown emojis above you?’ Jason added of the aftermath.
However, Travis said he was ‘so proud,’ between giggles.
‘Everyone thinks I’m the dancer. Dude, you are the f****** most electric dancer I’ve ever met in my life,’ Travis added. ‘You can put a smile on anybody’s face by dancing. It is so good. And when you get in that mode, when you go full-send, oh my gosh, thank you for that. … I’ll have that forever. I’ll have that in my back pocket for a f****** cloudy day.’
