The San Francisco 49ers suffered a brutal loss in front of their home fans on Sunday. Patrick Mahomes and the Kansas City Chiefs came into Santa Clara and handed San Francisco a 28-18 loss. The loss dropped the 49ers to 3-4 on the year and a full game back from the Seattle Seahawks (4-3).

There is a possibility that San Francisco wide receiver Brandon Aiyuk suffered a significant injury in Sunday’s loss to Kansas City.
Afterwards, Kyle Shanahan told reporters that the team is concerned about a torn ACL:

Aiyuk left Sunday’s game with a knee injury and was ruled out with a knee injury.
The wideout visited the medical tent before eventually being carted off the field during the first half of the team’s Week 7 matchup.
Prior to exiting, Aiyuk had made two catches for 23 yards.
While being carted off, Aiyuk pointed to his right knee when communicating with San Francisco’s medical staff.
