Colin Kaepernick’s absence from the NFL is well known. Despite being offered a job by Jim Harbaugh this summer, he turned it down because he is seeking a return to the field. Providing he still possesses the rocket arm, plus the size to throw across the middle, his mobility could be enticing to a franchise. Additionally, he is like able to run the RPO effectively, something other free agent veteran quarterbacks could struggle with.

As the league enters week three, Kaepernick’s return to the field is going more viral than it has in years.

According to Darrelle Lincoln of Total Pro Sports:

If the Miami Dolphins need to find a replacement quarterback for Tua Tagovailoa to finish the season, NFL fans will have the perfect replacement, Colin Kaepernick.

Tua Tagovailoa’s third diagnosed concussion in two years has created speculation that the Miami Dolphins franchise quarterback will miss the remainder of the regular season or possibly even be forced to retire.

On Monday, the. Dolphins signed Tyler Huntley off of the Baltimore Ravens practice squad.

Having Tyler Huntley and Skylar Thompson does not produce a team that will be capable of winning many games.

That has led some NFL fans to push for the Miami Dolphins to sign Colin Kaepernick, who will be 37 years old in November.

Fans are still all over social media calling for Kaepernick to join Miami:
