Earlier this week, it was revealed that Tampa may have to do so without future Hall of Fame wide receiver Mike Evans. The superstar wideout has been dealing with a hamstring injury and just two days out from a primetime matchup, his game status remains unknown.

Vita Vea Injured?

Unfortunately, Mike Evans isn’t the only Buccaneer dealing with a hamstring injury. Pro Bowl nose tackle Vita Vea was a non-participant in Saturday’s practice, seemingly sustaining a late-week hamstring injury.

In five games this season, Vea has three sacks and five tackles for loss both of which put him on pace for career highs.

If the Bucs big man is unable to go, it could present a massive downgrade in the trenches as the team attempts to stifle a run game headlined by Lamar Jackson and Derrick Henry, two of the most electric rushers of this era.
