BREAKING: Dallas Cowboys Could Acquire $75 Million Star Alvin Kamara from New Orleans Saints.

Dallas’ running game has faced a lot of criticism this season. The Cowboys haven’t performed as well in the backfield as they usually do. It might make sense to bring in another playmaker to help improve the situation.

The Cowboys have the resources to make a trade happen, and Pro Football Talk’s Mike Florio suggested that New Orleans Saints star Alvin Kamara could be a good fit.

“The biggest name, and the most obvious candidate for a trade, is running back Alvin Kamara,” Florio said. “His contract includes a $25 million payment for 2025. He’ll be released after the season if he doesn’t get a new deal. If that happens, the Saints will get nothing in return. So why not trade him instead?”

“Rodney Harrison and I discussed some possible teams during Friday’s PFT Live.

A case can be made for the Kansas City Chiefs, Buffalo Bills, Cincinnati Bengals, Denver Broncos, and Minnesota Vikings to be interested. The question is whether a contender is willing to give up a draft pick or two for a half-season rental plus playoffs with Kamara.”

Dallas hasn’t started the season as well as it hoped and currently has a 3-3 record. Bringing in someone like Kamara could help. He signed a five-year deal with the Saints worth $75 million, but it seems like his time with the Cowboys might be coming to an end.

The Cowboys have stated that they are fully committed to the 2024 season. While that hasn’t been the case so far, acquiring Kamara would certainly be a move in that direction.
