After a year of struggle, NFL GOAT Tom Brady finally became a minority owner of the Las Vegas Raiders. However, it seems the NFL owners are embracing the idea of having another celebrity owner, but this time from the realm of pop music, whose presence in the league is hardly off the headlines.
It’s no secret the kind of influence pop superstar Taylor Swift has had on the NFL since she began dating star tight end Travis Kelce. Not only has she brought new streams of revenue but also enhanced female viewership.
Following the NFL Owners Meeting on Tuesday, NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell addressed the media when he was asked if the Billionaire pop star is considering becoming a minority stakeholder in her beau’s franchise, the Kansas City Chiefs. Judging from his response, looks like Swift might not have to wait as much as Brady if she went ahead with it.
If she’s interested, I think she has the ability to do it.

Although the 14-time Grammy winner has shown no interest in the subject, her new profound love for American football is known to everyone. Last year during an interview with TIME Magazine, she admitted to realizing her love for the NFL courtesy of her relationship with the three-time Super Bowl champion.
Interestingly, she was also said to be drawing plays for Kelce as he revealed earlier this offseason using her knowledge of gridiron. However, it is not confirmed that head coach Andy Reid is taking her suggestions.

Since the Chiefs are having a bye week, Kelce has been spending his time with his lady love before facing their Super Bowl LVIII rivals, the San Fransisco 49ers in week 8. After their sensational date nights, the love birds grabbed quite the attention at the MLB Game, where the league’s official TikTok channel shared multiple clips of their cozy romance.
Giving fuel to the ongoing engagement rumors, the MLB addressed Swift’s presence as “Taylor Swift with her potential Future Husband.” The game concluded with New York Yankees’ victory over the Cleveland Guardians at 5-2.
