KANSAS CITY, MISSOURI: Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce completed the one-year milestone for their romantic relationship last month, and speculations are at an all-time high about their future plans.

The latest rumors, however, focus more on whether the pop sensation is pregnant.

The A-list couple went viral after fans went a little too excited over a recent romantic photo snapped during the post-game party after the Kansas City Chiefs’ victory over the New Orleans Saints on Monday, October 7.

In a photograph from the after-game party, the Chiefs’ tight end stood behind Swift with a smile on his face. The ‘Lover’ singer stood tilting her head to one side in the group photo shared on Instagram by user Shonna Rose, according to Page Six.

However, fans noted that Kelce’s hand wrapped around Swift’s waist, gently cradling her stomach, prompting many to wonder whether they were expecting a baby, as per The Sun.

The couple went public about the relationship in September 2023 during a Chiefs game, and as of now, fans are impatient to see them taking the next step.

Internet flooded with speculation of Taylor Swift’s pregnancy

Netizens filled social media, claiming Swift was pregnant and they would have a baby in nine months.

One user wrote, “Them holding her stomach? taylor is pregnant and they’re gonna be mama and papa a girl behind you.”

Another remarked, “I just know she’s pregnant with TS12 here.”

“Taylor swift is pregnant, she was holding her stomach when Travis kelce caught that ball…congrats,” another added.

Taylor Swift is not pregnant

The rumors spread amidst the NFL star’s mother, Donna Kelce, recently hinted about a likely wedding.

Speaking at the Glamour Women of the Year Awards in New York, she was met with questions about a possible proposal. “Nobody knows that. We will see what happens. You never know,” she said in response.

However, much to the dismay of the fans, Swift is not pregnant as the couple has made no public remarks regarding the rumors. Moreover, in the photo where Kelce is seen cradling Swift’s stomach, the pop star is holding a margarita.

Brittany Mahomes, the wife of Chiefs player Patrick Mahomes, shared an Instagram carousel featuring Swift and  Blake Bell’s wife, Lyndsay Bell.

In two photos from last year, Swift and Brittany can be seen caressing Lyndsey’s baby bump. The roles were reversed in the 2024 snap where the ‘Anti Hero’ singer and Lindsey caressed Britanny’s baby bump.

Now, Swift is the only one left in the trio to get pregnant, so it is inevitable that fans will speculate about the possibility.
