The\u00a0Las Vegas Raiders\u00a0and star wide receiver Davante Adams are parting ways after\u00a0reports\u00a0confirmed both parties want the 31-year-old to be traded.<\/p>\n

The Raiders acquired Adams from the\u00a0Green Bay Packers\u00a0ahead of the 2022 season for a first- and second-round pick.<\/p>\n

According to\u00a0Adam Schefter, the Raiders would “consider” trading Adams for a second-round pick and other compensation. An asking price a handful of contending teams are likely more than willing to pay to land the three-time All-Pro.<\/p>\n

Following reports that Adams is expected to be traded, the\u00a0New York Jets,\u00a0Kansas City Chiefs\u00a0and\u00a0Pittsburgh Steelers\u00a0have been mentioned as options. Another team initially expected to be in the mix was the\u00a0Dallas Cowboys.<\/p>\n

However, according to\u00a0NFL\u00a0insider\u00a0Jordan Schultz, the Cowboys are not interested in trading for Adams.<\/p>\n
