Everybody Gang || Everybody's Crazy Podcast\" width=\"480\" height=\"360\" data-lazy-src=\"https:\/\/i.ytimg.com\/vi\/1a7t4cuZjek\/hqdefault.jpg\" data-ll-status=\"loaded\" \/><button class=\"play\" aria-label=\"play Youtube video\"><\/button><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cObviously, LeBron got drafted to Cleveland when we was younger, and I\u2019m from Akron \u2014 I\u2019m from 30 minutes down the road \u2014 but I don\u2019t know,\u201d she said. \u201cIf I had to ask him, if he was sittin\u2019 here\u2026I think that he would say the same in like, \u2018I don\u2019t know what would have happened.\u2019 So, thanks\u00a0Cleveland Cavaliers.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>She clarified that she meant she isn\u2019t sure if she and James would be together now if not for the Cavs drafting him.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cWe\u2019ve talked about this a lot,\u201d she said.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>The Cavs won the 2003 NBA Draft Lottery, earning the right to select LeBron James the following month. It\u2019s fascinating to consider that a random drawing of ping pong balls could be the reason why LeBron and Savannah James are still together.<\/p>\n<p>They got married in 2013 and have three kids together, one of whom is now\u00a0teammates\u00a0with LeBron James on the\u00a0Los Angeles Lakers.<\/p>\n<p>The NBA\u2019s all-time leading scorer certainly doesn\u2019t have too many years left in the NBA, as he will soon turn 40 and is about to enter his 22nd season in the league. He has done more than enough to make his family proud of his on-the-floor accomplishments, winning four NBA titles to go along with countless other accolades.<\/p>\n<p>Once LeBron James retires, it\u2019s a safe bet that he will get involved in some new ventures, with\u00a0NBA ownership\u00a0likely being one of them, but he will also have lots of time to spend with his family, something Savannah James and the kids must be excited about.<\/p>\n<p>For now, the future Hall of Famer is looking ahead to the 2024-25 NBA season, which will begin for his Lakers on Oct. 22 against the\u00a0Minnesota Timberwolves.
