Tua Tagovailoa<\/a><\/span>\u00a0is reportedly on track to return to the NFL in a matter of weeks, despite multiple calls for the quarterback to retire following his latest concussion scare.<\/p>\n

Tagovailoa slammed to the turf following a\u00a0hit by Damar Hamlin<\/span>\u00a0during the third quarter of the\u00a0Miami Dolphins<\/span>\u00a0‘ loss to the\u00a0Buffalo Bills<\/span>\u00a0and appeared to go straight into the fencing response.<\/p>\n

It was the signal caller’s third known concussion of his NFL career, having suffered a history of head injuries dating back to 2022, and the scary scenes sparked calls from fans, former players and medical experts for Tagovailoa to\u00a0walk away from the game.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

However, despite fears, the quarterback is plotting a return to the field this season, according to Adam Schefter.<\/p>\n

Ahead of the Dolphins’ game against the\u00a0Tennessee<\/span>\u00a0Titans Monday night, Schefter revealed that Tagovailoa is ‘symptom free’ and is on track to make a return as soon as Week 8.<\/p>\n
