NFL fans are in shock as the\u00a0Dallas Cowboys\u00a0came away with a slim victory they saw their top two defenders head to the locker room at the end of the game.\u00a0Micah Parsons\u00a0and Trevon Diggs both left the game in their victory over the New York Giants, and Parsons specifically looked quite severe.<\/span><\/p>\n

As he usually does, Parsons was all over when it comes to defensive alignment. Despite his designation as an edge rusher, he was trying to provide pressure and get to Giants quarterback Daniel Jones from the A-gap.<\/p>\n

Parsons broke through the line and got tangled up with a Giants player\u2019s weight on his lower body. He didn\u2019t need a cart to get off the field, but he needed a cart to get to the locker room.<\/p>\n

<\/span>Parsons was carted off and being hugged on the sideline by all of his teammates following the injury. To make matters worse, they lost their best cornerback just before that, although that did not seem to be as bad of an injury.<\/span><\/p>\n

To lose both of their star defenders is not something easy to overcome. We will have to wait and see how long if any time each of their stars is out.<\/span><\/p>\n
