With much of the roster remaining from last season, new head coach\u00a0JJ Redick\u00a0is ready to lead the team into the upcoming season.<\/p>\n<p>During his interview with ESPN, the\u00a0former NBA star\u00a0shared his vision for the Lakers\u2019 offense. We\u2019ve talked about some of the leeway that you have to give certain players with their mid-range shots, whether that\u2019s in the post or isolation,\u201d\u00a0<\/em>Redick said.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cOutside of that, there hasn\u2019t been a lot of margin creation, so we\u2019re going to try to create some margins. One of which is, we\u2019re really going to emphasize offensive rebounding and corner crashes,\u201d\u00a0<\/em>he added.<\/p>\n<p>With a strategic approach in mind, Redick is determined to fine-tune the Lakers\u2019 gameplay.
