The pop star made note to\u00a0thank Kelce during MTV’s Video Music Awards earlier this week after she won music video of the year award for \u201cFortnight.\u201d The song is the lead single from her latest studio album The Tortured Poets Department, which features Post Malone. During her speech, she recalled the filming process in which Kelce was encouraging everyone on set.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe thing is, this video seems very sad when you watch it, but actually it was like, the most fun video to make,\u201d Swift said of the music video.<\/p>\n

\u201cSomething that I\u2019ll always remember is that when I would finish a take and I\u2019d say \u2018Cut,\u2019 and we\u2019d be done with that take, I would always just hear someone like, cheering, and like, \u2018Woo!\u2019 Like from across the studio where we were shooting it, and that one person was my boyfriend Travis.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cEverything this man touches turns to happiness and fun and magic, so I want to thank him for adding that to our shoot because I\u2019ll always remember that,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n

Kelce refers to Swift as \u201cTay\u201d or \u201cTay Tay\u201d when he speaks about her on the New Heights podcast he hosts with his older brother Jason Kelce. On an episode that premiered this week, the Kansas City Chiefs star hoped that Swift would be victorious at the award show.<\/p>\n

\u201cHopefully, Taylor can walk away with a few [Moon Person trophies]. She\u2019s nominated for about 10 of those things tonight,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n

Swift received nominations for 12 awards and walked away with seven \u201cmoon person\u201d trophies.<\/p>\n
