It\u2019s\u00a0Patrick Mahomes\u2019 29th birthday \u2014 and wife\u00a0Brittany\u00a0is ready for it!<\/p>\n

\u201cHappy Birthday to one of the greatest humans ever, my husband, best friend and the best daddy ever! We are so grateful you are ours! We Love Youuuuuu\ud83e\udd0d\u201d Brittany, 29,\u00a0wrote in a festive post on Instagram\u00a0Tuesday, Sept. 17.<\/p>\n

Along with her well wishes, the mother of two \u2014\u00a0who is expecting their third baby, a girl\u00a0\u2014 shared a colorful carousel of photos marking the occasion.<\/p>\n

In the first two images, the high school sweethearts posed amid a bouquet of black, red and chrome balloons at Patrick’s pre-birthday bash, which was held on Sunday, Sept. 15.<\/p>\n

Brittany, who rested her hand on her growing bump, wore a black and white striped dress and white sneakers, while the birthday boy sported a Louis Vuitton t-shirt, khakis and matching kicks.<\/p>\n

Sterling Skye, 3\u00bd, and\u00a0Patrick “Bronze” Lavon Mahomes III, 21 months, made cameos in the other snaps, where they appeared alongside their parents in various settings \u2014 on the Kansas City Chiefs sidelines, at training camp, on vacation and at home, snuggling on the couch.<\/p>\n

As Patrick marks his last year in his 20s, he\u2019s doing it in style, alongside\u00a0Taylor Swift, whose boyfriend is Mahomes\u2019 close friend and teammate\u00a0Travis Kelce.<\/p>\n

The couple was on hand at Sunday’s party, following the\u00a0Chiefs’ 26-25 win over the Cincinnati Bengals.<\/p>\n

Other guests at the party included Chiefs WAGs\u00a0Chariah Gordon\u00a0(Mecole Hardman Jr.\u2019s fianc\u00e9e)\u00a0and\u00a0Sheawna Weathersby\u00a0(Chris Jones\u2019 girlfriend).<\/p>\n
