Quarterback\u00a0Jayden Daniels<\/b>\u00a0has been ruled questionable to return to the game against the\u00a0Carolina Panthers<\/b>\u00a0after suffering a rib injury in the first quarter.<\/p>\n

Daniels went to the locker room to undergo X-rays, the CBS broadcast revealed.<\/p>\n

There wasn’t a specific play that shut Daniels down. But he did take a handful of hard shots on the first drive for Washington. After one tackle, he was grabbing at his side while getting up and looked to be in pain on the sidelines with trainers.<\/p>\n

Daniels attempted to throw the ball on the sideline but ended up leaving for the locker room, slamming his helmet on the ground on his way.<\/p>\n
