The San Francisco 49ers suffered a brutal loss in front of their home fans on Sunday.\u00a0 Patrick Mahomes and the Kansas City Chiefs came into Santa Clara and handed San Francisco a 28-18 loss.\u00a0 The loss dropped the 49ers to 3-4 on the year and a full game back from the Seattle Seahawks (4-3).<\/p>\n

There is a possibility that San Francisco wide receiver Brandon Aiyuk suffered a significant injury in Sunday\u2019s loss to Kansas City.<\/p>\n

Afterwards, Kyle Shanahan told reporters that the team is\u00a0concerned<\/a>\u00a0about a torn ACL:<\/span><\/p>\n

49ers<\/span>\u00a0WR Brandon Aiyuk is feared to have a torn right ACL in his knee. More tests will come to confirm that that\u2019s the concern, per Kyle Shanahan.<\/span><\/p>\n

Aiyuk left Sunday\u2019s game with a knee injury and was\u00a0ruled out<\/a>\u00a0with a knee injury.<\/p>\n

The wideout visited the medical tent before eventually being carted off the field during the first half of the team\u2019s Week 7 matchup.<\/p>\n

Prior to exiting, Aiyuk had made two catches for 23 yards.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

While being carted off, Aiyuk pointed to his right knee when communicating with San Francisco\u2019s medical staff.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/blockquote>\n
