Colin Kaepernick\u2019s absence from the NFL is well known. Despite being offered a job by Jim Harbaugh this summer, he turned it down because he is seeking a return to the field. Providing he still possesses the rocket arm, plus the size to throw across the middle, his mobility could be enticing to a franchise.
