Travis Kelce<\/span>\u00a0debuted a mullet hair transformation on Instagram on Thursday – which sent\u00a0Taylor Swift<\/span>\u00a0fans into a frenzy over the look.<\/p>\n

The\u00a0Kansas<\/span>\u00a0City Chiefs tight end, 35, notably sports the hairstyle in\u00a0Ryan Murphy<\/span>‘s FX horror series, Grotesquerie – and recently\u00a0paid a romantic nod to Swift in a previous episode.<\/span><\/p>\n

In a short clip uploaded to the show’s main Instagram page, the NFL player – who portrays the character of Ed Laclan – could be seen showing off his normal buzzed haircut.<\/p>\n

Kelce held a smile on his face while also wearing a long-sleeved, black shirt and a pair of classic, denim jeans.<\/p>\n

He then placed his hand over the camera and when he stepped back, Travis was in an entirely different outfit while also sporting a mullet.<\/p>\n

He also wore a plain top as well as a flannel shirt and brown, leather jacket that was left unfastened at the front.<\/p>\n

The star completed the look with a pair of jeans and held a skeptical look on his face as he unveiled the mullet.<\/p>\n

The caption of the post read: ‘Nothing is what it seems. No one is who they seem. Episode 7 of FX’s Grotesquerie is now streaming on Hulu.’<\/p>\n

Fans quickly jumped to the comment section to share their thoughts on Kelce’s mullet, with one humorously penning, ‘WHAT IN THE BILLY RAY. We want nurse Travis back lol.’<\/p>\n

Another typed out, ‘Billy Ray achey breaky is that you?!’ while one added, ‘People predicted a lot of things…but NO ONE predicted Travis with a mullet.’<\/p>\n

Along with Kelce, other stars that were cast in the FX series included Niecy Nash-Betts, Courtney B. Vance, Nicholas Alexander Chavez, Micaela Diamond, Raven Goodwin and also Lesley Manville.<\/p>\n

The premise is: ‘A detective and a nun investigate a series of heinous crimes that seem personal, while grappling with personal issues and uncovering a sinister web that raises more questions than answers,’ per\u00a0IMDB.<\/p>\n

Travis also had the chance to pay homage to Taylor Swift in episode three of the show – which was recently confirmed by series creator, Ryan Murphy.<\/p>\n

In a scene, Kelce and Niecy’s characters try to escape a hospital in a dream-like sequence in a ‘red getaway car.’<\/p>\n

Fans speculated for weeks that Travis paid a romantic nod to Swift – who released a track titled, Getaway Car, from her 2017 album Reputation.<\/p>\n

Murphy told\u00a0The Hollywood Reporter\u00a0that the ‘red getaway car’ in the episode was ‘a little Taylor Swift nod.’<\/p>\n

He also revealed that the Grammy winner could possibly be in talks to make an appearance in one of his projects.<\/p>\n
