The Dallas Cowboys owner doubles down after his morning rant on the radio today.<\/h2>\n

Dallas Cowboys<\/b>\u00a0owner and general manager\u00a0Jerry Jones<\/b>\u00a0is used to being criticized, but we haven’t seen him take this kind of heat before, and this morning, he decided to push back.<\/p>\n

All off-season, the Cowboys owner had been criticized for his lack of spending in terms of upping the talent on the roster for this coming season. It became the main critique of Jones in the last few weeks, especially when the Cowboys lost.<\/p>\n

It just so happens that on Sunday afternoon, all in attendance at AT&T Stadium would witness the Cowboys lose by the biggest point deficit since Jones had owned the team.<\/p>\n

Today, he showed all the listeners of 105.3 The Fan, a Cowboys radio show that he utilizes to get his message out via an interview with the hosts, how he feels about the criticisms of him and the team he governs.<\/p>\n

Jones would reassure fans and level with them by saying he too was “sick” after the 47-9 loss to the\u00a0Detroit Lions<\/b>\u00a0on Sunday, but he would follow up by letting hosts of the show Shan Shariff and RJ Choppy\u00a0that he can have their jobs taken from them\u00a0for negatively reporting on him.<\/p>\n

“This is not your job,” he said. “Your job isn’t to let me go over all the reasons that I did something, and I’m sorry that I did it. That’s not your job. I’ll get somebody else to ask these questions. I’m not kidding. You’re not going to figure it out what the team is doing right or wrong. If you are, or any five or 10 like you, you need to come to this (NFL) meeting I’m going to today with 32 teams here; you’re geniuses.”<\/p>\n
