The musician, 54, who was\u00a0accused of six further sex assaults in lawsuits filed Monday<\/span>, brushed off his legal woes as he marked the second birthday of his daughter Love, who he shares with ex Dana Tran, 30.<\/p>\n

Sharing photos with his daughter as well as the toddler having a cake smash celebration, he wrote: ‘Happy Birthday to you! Happy Birthday to you!<\/p>\n

‘Happy Birthday baby Love! Happy Birthday to you!!\u00a0Happy Birthday @loveseancombs daddy loves you.’<\/p>\n

Diddy, real name Sean Love Combs, is currently awaiting trial at Brooklyn’s Metropolitan Detention Center in\u00a0New York City<\/span>\u00a0on charges of\u00a0sex trafficking, racketeering and transportation to engage in prostitution<\/span>.<\/p>\n

Disgraced Diddy broke his social media silence from jail on Tuesday with a shock post – as he awaits trial on sex trafficking charges<\/p>\n

According to the MDC’s visitation guidelines, Diddy is allowed one hour per week for approved social visits – but it is not known if he will see Love on her birthday.<\/p>\n

It is alleged that the rapper would coerce and manipulate victims into taking part in days-long sexual performances, which he dubbed ‘freak offs’.<\/p>\n

Diddy’s associates would allegedly ply victims with drugs to keep them compliant and would make threats against anyone refusing to engage, in claims similar to those made in a civil lawsuit brought by Diddy’s ex-girlfriend Cassie last year.<\/p>\n

It was recently revealed that Combs\u00a0has ‘been able to speak briefly to family members and his children via phone’ as per\u00a0People.<\/p>\n

Diddy’s phone call home came amid news his lawyers are not asking for him to be moved from the ‘Hell on Earth’\u00a0Metropolitan Detention Center in Sunset, Brooklyn.<\/p>\n

‘He is very concerned about his kids and their well-being,’ the source stated.<\/p>\n

‘He has three minor children, two of whom now have no living parent available with him incarcerated. Four of his seven children have neither parent available with him incarcerated.’<\/p>\n

Another source said that the Combs kids are ‘in a state of crisis and shock’ following Diddy’s arrest.<\/p>\n

‘It’s heartbreaking to see the children in the state they’re in. This is their father. But to them, he’s not Diddy \u2014 he’s Dad. He has always been a loving, devoted father.’<\/p>\n

He shares Christian, Jessie and D\u2019Lila with the late model and actress Kim Porter, who died in 2018 at age 47.<\/p>\n

Quincy was Porter\u2019s son with partner Al B. Sure!, and Combs went on to adopt him.<\/p>\n

He shares Justin with stylist Misa Hylton, and Chance with businesswoman Sarah Chapman.<\/p>\n

Another source told\u00a0People\u00a0that Diddy is not getting any special accommodations at Brooklyn’s Metropolitan Detention Center.<\/p>\n

‘He is being treated like any other detainee awaiting trial. As with all public figures in his position, he was placed on suicide watch upon admittance to the facility as a precaution.’<\/p>\n

Diddy was arrested and charged last month for sex trafficking, racketeering and transportation to engage in prostitution.<\/p>\n

The charge, which details allegations dating back to 2008, accuses him of abusing, threatening and coercing women for years ‘to fulfill his sexual desires, protect his reputation, and conceal his conduct.’<\/p>\n

He has pleaded not guilty to the charges.<\/p>\n

Following his arrest, he was denied bail by a judge after he used both his and his mother’s homes in Miami – worth $50 million – as collateral.<\/p>\n

He later lost an appeal to overturn the decision and will remain in custody while pending trial.<\/p>\n

Houston-based attorney Tony Buzbee filed six new lawsuits\u00a0 on behalf of two men and four women on Monday the latest in Comb’s criminal lifestyle since he was indicted last month on sex trafficking and federal racketeering charges.<\/p>\n

The two male victims were part of the 120 accusers who recently came forward alleging that the hip-hop mogul sexually assaulted them between 1995 and 2021.<\/p>\n

In the suit, one of the men, who was 16-years-old at the time, claimed that Combs molested him at the singer’s 1998 white party in the Hamptons. Combs is said to have done so after the youngster – who was a year below New York’s age of consent – asked for advice on breaking into the music business.<\/p>\n

Combs ordered the boy to drop his pants and proceeded to molest him, the suit alleges. The star is said to have told his alleged victim that such behavior was a rite of passage for aspiring musicians and added: ‘Don’t you want to break into the business?’<\/p>\n

He said he complied out of fear.<\/p>\n

The other victim, identified as John Doe, claimed\u00a0 he was ‘orally raped’ by Combs in the stockroom of the Macy’s Flagship store in May 2008.<\/p>\n

All six lawsuits were filed in the Southern District Court of New York under the city’s Victims of Gender-Motivated Violence Protection Act, as per\u00a0Rolling Stone.<\/p>\n

John Doe claimed he was working in the Macy’s concession of Ecko Clothing –\u00a0 a rival to Combs’ clothing line Sean John – and\u00a0was inside the stockroom when Combs, and three of his bodyguards entered the area.<\/p>\n

The man recalled being struck in the back of the neck and when he fell down to the floor – and was on his hands and knees – that is when the alleged assault began.<\/p>\n

Combs quipped, ‘Suck my d**k Ecko,’ as per the lawsuit.<\/p>\n

He then continued the sexual act by thrusting his penis into the victim’s mouth.<\/p>\n

The suit states, that Combs proceeded to ‘forcefully, and brutally, orally rape the plaintiff.<\/p>\n

After the assault ended, the victim claimed that Combs and his entourage of bodyguards made threats towards him.
