Devon Mostert, the wife of\u00a0Miami Dolphins<\/span>\u00a0running back Raheem Mostert, says she’s facing hateful, racist backlash from liberals after defending Ron\u00a0DeSantis<\/span>\u00a0against\u00a0Kamala Harris<\/span>.<\/p>\n

‘This is gross,’ Devon exclusively told\u00a0Fox News. ‘I truly can’t imagine sliding into someone’s DMs or commenting on somebody’s picture of their family talking about the skin color of my kids.’<\/p>\n

Devon, who is white, and Raheem, who is black, were married in 2017 and have three sons. And while she says she brushed off someone calling her a ‘white, snowflake, gold-digging wife,’ Devon was less tolerant when someone referenced her children.<\/p>\n

‘When you talk about my kids, you’re really crossing a line,’ she said. ‘I know who I am. I know my heart. I know my family dynamic. I know my husband. They think that they know me, and they know absolutely nothing.’<\/p>\n

Her opinions on Harris and DeSantis made news this week after the Vice President tore into the\u00a0Florida<\/span>\u00a0Governor for rebuffing her offers for aid amid the fallout from\u00a0Hurricane Milton<\/span>.<\/p>\n

‘Moments of crisis, if nothing else – should really be the moment that anyone who calls themselves a leader says they’re going to put politics aside and put the people first,’ Harris, the Democrats’ Presidential nominee, said about DeSantis. ‘People are in desperate need of support right now, and playing political games with this moment, in these crisis situations, these are the height of emergency situations, is just utterly irresponsible, and it is selfish.’<\/p>\n

A DeSantis supporter, Devon referenced Harris’ quote on social media while attacking President Joe Biden’s praise for the Vice President.<\/p>\n

‘In case you missed it, Kam Kam went on a media rant yesterday about how selfish and utterly responsible DeSantis is. The math ain’t mathing, sis.<\/p>\n

She also added: ‘No one has time, Kamala \u2013 especially for her to say some [B.S.] like, ‘We can be unburdened by what has been.’<\/p>\n

‘She’s garbage. Textbook trash.’<\/p>\n

Devon also added a pro-Donald Trump post to her story on Wednesday, which praised the Republican leader for housing 275 Florida workers free of charge at his Doral Miami resort amid the hurricane.<\/p>\n

Annah Tagovailoa, wife of injured Dolphins quarterback Tua, joined Devon in sharing the post.<\/p>\n

Speaking to Fox, Devon said she attacked Biden and Harris because their criticism of DeSantis didn’t make sense to her.<\/p>\n

‘That’s what really triggered me, especially because they are a part of the same administration, but they were both spewing very different stories,’ she said. ‘That, in my opinion, is selfish and utterly irresponsible.’<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
