Now, Kelce\u2019s mom, Donna, is speaking out how she feels about Swift as a person. During the conversation, they asked Donna what it was like watching Kansas City Chiefs games with Swift.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cShe\u2019s always a gem, and she\u2019s a trooper, and I think she likes football,\u201d\u00a0Donna said, laughing with a big smile on her face.<\/p>\n<p>So, Donna thinks Swift is a \u201cgem\u201d and \u201ctrooper,\u201d which is obviously a positive thing.<\/p>\n<p>Donna also talked about her growing fame, both as the mother of Travis and\u00a0Jason\u00a0and, of course, with all the Swift buzz.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt\u2019s been fun. It really has,\u201d\u00a0she said. \u201cThe past few years have been just a wild ride, and it\u2019s fun to be on it.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Donna also talked about what it was like raising Travis and Jason as they played football as kids. She said the honor she was getting from \u201cGlamour\u201d was for \u201call the sports moms\u201d out there.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI\u2019m pretty much your average mom. I just supported my kids,\u201d she said. \u201cI didn\u2019t do anything except for go to work every day and make sure they got to where they needed to go and make sure the uniforms were clean, so I think a lot of people can relate.\u201d<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>Jason and Travis Kelce Give Their Mom Props<\/h2>\n<p>Travis and Jason talked about Donna\u2019s honor being named one of\u00a0Glamour\u2019s 2024 Women of the Year\u00a0in the\u00a0Wednesday, October 9, edition of their podcast, \u201cNew Heights.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOur mom was named one of Glamour Magazines 2024 Women of the Year,\u201d Travis said. \u201cAlso on the cover Beyonc\u00e9\u2019s mom, Selena Gomez\u2019s mother, and Billie Eilish\u2019s mom.\u201d He added, \u201cIt\u2019s impressive that Momma Kelce\u2019s made it to the top. Those are top-tier moms right there.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Travis also shared a quote from Donna about what it was like raising kids.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cShe described what it was like being our mom, and in quotes, \u2018Being a mom is probably the hardest thing I\u2019ve ever done in my life. It\u2019s so much easier to just go to work, but raising children when they\u2019re totally dependent on you and you\u2019re trying to do the best you can with the limited resources you have. It\u2019s the most daunting task I\u2019ve ever had to do,&#8217;\u201d Travis said.<\/p>\n<p>He added, \u201cAnd mom, you made it look easy. I\u2019m not going to lie. You made it look easy. If it was that hard for you. I\u2019m sorry if we made it even harder on you. Cause I\u2019m sure Jason did. I know I didn\u2019t.
