Instagram)<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Over the past year, Taylor Swift has also built a close friendship with Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes\u2019 wife, Brittany, who was once just as close with\u00a0Kayla Nicole.<\/p>\n<p>As Brittany Mahomes and Taylor Swift became closer, the relationship she had with Nicole was basically null and void.<\/p>\n<p>Travis Kelce\u2019s ex-girlfriend, Kayla Nicole, is now spilling the tea on her former friendship with Brittany Mahomes, and it looks like things didn\u2019t end well.<\/p>\n<p>Nicole was on the podcast with Angel Reese when the Chicago Sky star asked her about her relationship with Brittany Mahomes.<\/p>\n<p>On the Unapologetically Angel podcast, Nicole looked a little hesitant to answer truthfully before she opened up a bit about whether she was \u201cstill friends\u201d with the\u00a0Kansas City Chiefs\u00a0WAGs.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cYes, I was,\u201d\u00a0<\/em>she responded to the question about her relationship with Brittany.\u00a0<em>\u201cWe were cool, [but] we are not as cool as we once were.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Kayla Nicole found the abrupt transition \u201chard\u201d because she considered Brittany and some other wives and girlfriends to be \u201cfamily.\u201d<\/p>\n<div class=\"wp-block-group mai-link-exclude has-alt-background-color has-background has-light-background has-xs-padding-top has-xs-padding-bottom has-sm-padding-left has-sm-padding-right has-xl-margin-top has-xl-margin-bottom\" data-content-name=\"Google News Follow Us\" data-track-content=\"\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Kayla &amp;
