The injury occurred after Tagovailoa lowered his head as he attempted to gain extra yards on a scramble but ended up ramming into the body of Bills safety Damar Hamlin.<\/p>\n
The injury had many across sports worried for the former Alabama quarterback, with many people even calling for him to retire. He had made clear he will return to football, but cannot return from the IR until Week 8 at the earliest.<\/p>\n
With talk of Tagovailoa returning, Dolphins wide receiver\u00a0Tyreek Hill\u00a0appeared to poke fun at the QB in responding to a post that suggested the Dolphins draw up a designed run on his first play back from injury.<\/p>\n
