HOT : Ryan Tannehill will return after Tua’s injury

Miami Dolphins fans are expressing concern and suggesting solutions after quarterback Tua Tagovailoa left Thursday night’s game against the Buffalo Bills with a concussion.

Tagovailoa was hit by Bills defender Damar Hamlin while scrambling for a first down in the third quarter.

Although the contact appeared unintentional, Tagovailoa was slow to get up and was subsequently ruled out of the game.

The incident has sparked calls from fans for the Dolphins to bolster their quarterback depth by signing free agent Ryan Tannehill.

Tannehill, who previously played for the Dolphins, is familiar with the organization. With Skylar Thompson currently next on the depth chart, the addition of Tannehill would provide valuable experience and leadership to the team.

The Miami Dolphins should consider bringing back quarterback Ryan Tannehill as insurance for Tua Tagovailoa. Tagovailoa’s recent concussion highlights the need for a reliable backup.

Current backup Skylar Thompson struggled in Thursday’s loss to the Bills, proving he’s not ready to lead the team if needed. Tannehill, who played for the Dolphins from 2012 to 2018, has since revitalized his career with the Tennessee Titans.

His familiarity with the team and his proven track record make him an ideal candidate to support Tagovailoa and provide stability to the quarterback position.
