Dallas Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott is officially engaged to his girlfriend, Sarah Jane Ramos.
The proposal took place during the Cowboys’ bye week, and the couple shared the news on social media, accompanied by photos of the special moment.
Prescott and Ramos’s eight-month-old daughter, Margaret Jane Rose Prescott, played a key role in the proposal, wearing a shirt that read, “Hi Mommy, Daddy has a question for you!?”
Prescott made the announcement through a heartfelt post, marking the start of the next chapter for the couple and their family.
“Mine Forever!” Prescott wrote. “The Best Friend, Partner, Teammate, Mother, and Now Fiancé I could Ask or Pray for! Thank you God for this Blessing and Family! I Love you Sarah Jane 4EVER!”
Shortly after, Ramos shared her own message for Prescott.
“I can’t wait to spend forever with you,” she wrote on Instagram.
It’s been a whirlwind year for Prescott, who inked a four-year, $240 million contract extension ahead of the season. Despite the big deal, it’s been a rocky road for the Cowboys, who are sitting at 3-3 after a crushing 47-9 loss to the Detroit Lions.
Prescott has thrown for 1,602 yards, eight touchdowns, and six interceptions so far this season.
