Lamar Jackson And The Ravens Look To Extend Their Winning Streak Against The Buccaneers

The Baltimore Ravens head to Tampa, Florida, for a Monday Night Football showdown with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in Week 7. Kickoff is set for 8:15 p.m.

ET at Raymond James Stadium, with ESPN carrying the broadcast. Both teams enter the matchup with identical 4-2 records following impressive Week 6 victories.

The Ravens are riding high after dismantling the Washington Commanders 30-23, a game where Lamar Jackson threw for 323 yards and Derrick Henry found the end zone twice on the ground. Meanwhile, the Buccaneers offense exploded for nearly 900 total yards in a 51-27 rout of the New Orleans Saints.

Baker Mayfield tossed five touchdowns in the victory.

Despite both teams entering with the same record, the Ravens are favored by 3.5 points. This is likely influenced by the Ravens’ recent dominance over the Buccaneers.

Baltimore has won the last five meetings, including a 27-22 nail-biter last season, and holds a 5-2 all-time series advantage.

Experts predict a close, hard-fought contest, with the Ravens narrowly escaping with a 26-23 victory. The matchup features intriguing storylines, including Lamar Jackson’s dynamic rushing ability against a Buccaneers defense that has surrendered the most rushing touchdowns to quarterbacks.

On the other side, Baker Mayfield will look to continue his impressive play. He currently leads the league with 15 passing touchdowns and a 71% completion rate.
